You are invited to take part in the Mechanics' Competition on Saturday.

There will be 4 rounds. Duration approx. 60 minutes. The aim of the event is to remove as many "healthy" parts as possible from the cars for the event. Points will be awarded for each undamaged, unbroken part.
Additional points can be gained for:
1. a part with at least 100 cm of sides.
2. a piece that has been fixed with at least 4 fixings (four screws, four stamps, etc.).
3. a part which is difficult to remove.
4. the dismantling of an electrical cord at least 2 m long by disconnecting one end and cutting the other.
Extra points shall be awarded to the team which first stows the removed parts in the car.

Broken or damaged parts will not be scored. If one part is damaged while removing another, penalty points are awarded (broken glass, etc.). Tools will be provided for the event. The event is open to 2 teams of 5 members each, pre-registered at the event.
