One of the more exciting event for the participants of American Spirit 2020 will be „Poker Run“ on Friday.

“Poker Run” is an orienteering ride Palanga – Ventė Cape (Lith. Ventės ragas) with elements of Poker game. At the start the participants shall receive a list with rules and addresses, these addresses shall contain points, at some points participants will draw one card and will complete tasks. After the finish, the organisers will calculate the card combinations collected according to the rules of Poker. The best combination shall win. Also the additional points shall be collected for completed tasks. The game is not complicated, but exciting and fun. Participants do not need special equipment. It is enough to have a regular GPS navigator and/or a smartphone and to use the navigation installed on the smartphone and take photos. Poker Run starts on 31 July at 12:00 p.m. at Palanga Winter stadium. Preliminary route: Palanga – Ventė Cape. The duration of the route is about 2 hours to one side. Although the Poker run is optional, we do recommend the participants to take the opportunity to gamble and visit interesting places of seaside and lagoon.

The number of participants is limited to 20 crews of cars and 5 groups of motorcycle in the Poker Run. Those wishing to participate in the Poker Run shall indicate this during the registration. If the maximum number of crews and groups will not form during the registration, it will be possible to join to the Poker Run on the day of the event.

The photo contest “Me and my car” (Lith. „Aš ir mano automobilis”) shall be announced! Visit American Spirit 2020 event, make your car photos and send your favourite one to us. We will choose the best photo by voting on American Spirit Facebook’s account. Only the participants of the event may participate in the photo contest.

Contest rules:

Please send the photo by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. until 07/08/2020. Please provide your contact details (name, surname, phone number).  

Attention! By sending the photo you automatically agree to publish your photo for American Spirit market purposes for indefinite period of time. 

Requirement for content: The photo must include the owner and his car / motorcycle, and if you reflect the mood of the event in the photo, it will increase your chances to win the contest. Contest organisers may reject your photo due to poor quality or content.

The photos chosen by the commission will be posted on the American Spirit Facebook account in a special contest album 07/08/2020.

The voting will take place by clicking “Like” from 07/08/2020 to 09/08/2020.

The photo with the most Likes will win a prize of EUR 100. The money will be transferred to the winner’s bank account. The second highest Like will get a gift voucher of EUR100 at online store www.garagecultureshop.com.

The participant has to fill out an application of registration of car/motorcycle. 2 photos required.

The organisers shall consider the application and approve it within 48 hours. The decision will be notified by e-mail. If after 48 hours you have not received any message, please contact the organisers.

After confirming the application, you will receive an invitation by e-mail to make a financial contribution to the event’s organisational fund. The invitation will include a link to an electronic payment system (payments by bank cards, PayPal, bank transfer). Information about the amount of the financial contribution and the conditions for participation you will find here:

Upon receipt of the financial contribution, the crew shall be added to the list of participants. The crew shall be given a participant number.

The list of participants shall be published on www.americanspirit.lt and updated at least once a day.

Registration may be terminated if we earlier reach the maximum number of participants allowed by the resolution of the Republic of Lithuania on public events during the COVID-19 pandemic.
